For the first time in history, a younger generation is having a shorter life expectancy then their parents! Research is showing us day after day that our lifestyle habits are literally killing us.

Obesity alone is responsible for top three causes of death in the US which are #1 -cardiovascular disease (high blood pressure, clogged arteries, heart failure), #2- cancer, and #3- stroke....The top three killers in our country are caused by something as simple as food choices!!! Please make the right ones to live longer and healthier!

Who are most at risk??
Women with:
a family history of cardiovascular disease or currently have cardiovascular disease themselves
obesity
diabetes
smoking
low income status or limited access to medical care
lower educational level
